Auto-Quoting only automatically accepts leads that match the criteria you set. This ensures that your business only gets leads it can handle and is willing to service.
1. Select Service Categories
- Decide which types of services you want Auto-Quoting to apply to.
- Only leads in these selected categories will be automatically accepted.
- Example: If you are a painter, you might choose interior painting and exterior painting, but exclude decorative finishes if you do not handle them automatically.
2. Define Your Service Areas
- Specify the locations where your business operates.
- Auto-Quoting will only accept leads within these areas.
- You can include multiple areas or narrow it to just a few high-priority zones.
3. Set Auto-Quoting Criteria
You may have additional criteria to control which leads are automatically accepted:
- Job size or estimated budget (if the platform allows)
- Customer preferences, such as type of service or schedule
- Any internal rules your business wants to follow
Only leads that match all selected criteria will be auto-accepted.
4. Maintain Wallet Balance
- Ensure your ServiceTasker® Wallet has enough balance to cover Auto-Quoting lead fees.
- Leads are only accepted if the wallet can pay the fee.
5. Review and Update Regularly
- Check your categories, areas, and criteria regularly.
- Update if your services, availability, or target areas change.
- This prevents Auto-Quoting from accepting leads that do not fit your current business operations.
Key Notes
- Auto-Quoting cannot accept leads outside your selected categories or areas.
- You remain responsible for accurate settings to avoid missed or unwanted leads.
- ServiceTasker® may suspend Auto-Quoting if repeated non-response occurs.
