A lead is considered genuine and non-refundable if the customer has done any of the following:




  • Responded to your messages or calls


  • Hired you for the job


  • Hired another ServiceTasker business


  • Declined your offer


  • Confirmed they completed the job elsewhere


  • Contacted ServiceTasker support regarding the job


  • Shown any form of engagement through the platform



If none of the above interactions occur after you’ve made reasonable contact attempts, the lead may qualify for a refund.


Important Things to Know






  • You must attempt to contact the customer using all available contact methods


  • Customers may take 48–72 hours to respond, so please allow adequate time


  • Refunds apply only to purchased leads


  • FREE leads are not refundable, as no credits were charged
