If you accept a paid lead and the customer does not interact with you, you may be eligible for a credit refund. Before issuing a refund, our team carefully reviews each claim to ensure it is valid and fair.
What Counts as Customer Interaction?
A lead is considered genuine and non-refundable if the customer has done any of the following:
- Responded to your messages or calls
- Hired you for the job
- Hired another ServiceTasker business
- Declined your offer
- Confirmed they completed the job elsewhere
- Contacted ServiceTasker support regarding the job
- Shown any form of engagement through the platform
If none of the above interactions occur after you’ve made reasonable contact attempts, the lead may qualify for a refund.
Important Things to Know
- You must attempt to contact the customer using all available contact methods
- Customers may take 48–72 hours to respond, so please allow adequate time
- Refunds apply only to purchased leads
- FREE leads are not refundable, as no credits were charged
