You can easily check your verification status directly from your ServiceTasker account. Once your business has been successfully verified, your profile will clearly display its verified status.
Verified Badge on Your Profile
After approval, your business profile will show a verified badge in the directory and on your public profile. This badge indicates to customers that your ABN, business details, and credentials have been reviewed and confirmed.
Account Dashboard Status
You can also log in to your account and visit the Business Profile or Business Verification section. Your current verification status will be displayed there, showing whether your business is verified, pending review, or requires action.
Email Notification
Once your verification is completed, you will receive an email confirmation informing you whether your application has been approved or declined. If declined, the email will include the reason and instructions on how to resolve the issue.
If Your Status Is Pending
If your verification is still under review, it typically takes 1–2 business days. Make sure your submitted details are accurate to avoid delays.
