A full refund will be issued if the lead is:
- Unreachable after reasonable contact attempts
- Incorrectly posted or materially misleading
- Duplicate, invalid, or non-genuine
- Clearly unsuitable for your selected service category
Refunds are credited back to your ServiceTasker® Wallet after internal verification.
