ServiceTasker Credit & Wallet Terms and Conditions
1. General Terms
These terms govern the use of credits and wallet funds on ServiceTasker.com.au. By purchasing, earning, or using credits, you agree to abide by these terms.
2. Wallet Funds & Usage
Users can add funds to their ServiceTasker Wallet by making a deposit (e.g., $100). Wallet funds can be used to purchase job opportunities on the platform. Unused wallet funds (excluding promotional or credited points) are eligible for a refund upon request.
3. ServiceTasker Credits
ServiceTasker credits may be issued by the platform under the following conditions:
- Purpose:
- Credits are provided by the admin as a promotional reward, dispute resolution adjustment, or other incentives.
- Usage Restrictions:
- Credits can only be used to pay for job opportunities within the ServiceTasker platform.
- They cannot be transferred, exchanged, reloaded, or redeemed for cash.
- Expiry Policy:
- ServiceTasker credits have a fixed validity period, which will be communicated at the time of issuance.
- If not specified, credits will expire after 15 days from the date they are provided.
- Non-Refundable Nature:
- ServiceTasker credits cannot be refunded or withdrawn to any payment method.
4. Refund Policy
Refund Eligibility:
Only unused wallet funds (excluding any credits or promotional points) are eligible for a refund. Refunds are processed back to the original payment method used for adding funds. Non-Refundable Amounts: Any amount used to purchase jobs is non-refundable. ServiceTasker credits issued by the platform are non-refundable under all circumstances.
5. Amendments & Changes
