ServiceTasker® Auto-Quoting Feature
Automatic Lead Acceptance
By enabling the Auto-Quoting feature, the business expressly authorises ServiceTasker® to automatically accept eligible leads on the business’s behalf without manual intervention.
Any lead that matches the business’s selected service category, service area, and Auto-Quoting criteria will be accepted instantly and assigned to the business.
Exclusive One-to-One Lead Allocation
Leads accepted through Auto-Quoting are provided on an exclusive one-to-one basis.
- Only the auto-quoted business will be able to accept, contact, and engage with the customer.
- Other businesses operating within the same service category and service area may be able to view the lead, however they will not be able to accept or contact the customer.
- The lead remains exclusive unless re-broadcast under Clause 5.
Lead Quality Assurance & Refund Policy
ServiceTasker® is committed to delivering high-quality, genuine customer leads.
A full refund will be issued to the business if a lead accepted via Auto-Quoting is determined to be:
- Unreachable after reasonable contact attempts
- Incorrectly posted or materially misleading
- Duplicate, invalid, or non-genuine
- Clearly unsuitable for the selected service category
All refunds are credited back to the business’s ServiceTasker® Wallet following internal verification.
Exclusive Auto-Quoting Pricing & Wallet Deduction
Auto-Quoting leads are priced higher than standard leads due to their exclusive, one-to-one nature.
- Exclusive pricing is determined by the selected service category.
- The applicable lead fee is automatically deducted from the business’s ServiceTasker® Wallet at the time of lead acceptance.
- Businesses must maintain sufficient wallet balance to ensure uninterrupted Auto-Quoting functionality.
Payment Failure & Lead Re-Broadcasting
If wallet deduction fails due to insufficient funds or payment processing issues:
- The Auto-Quoting allocation for that lead will be cancelled.
- The lead will then be re-broadcast at the standard lead price.
- Up to three (3) businesses may accept the lead in accordance with standard ServiceTasker® lead rules.
Business Responsibilities
By activating Auto-Quoting, the business agrees to:
- Respond to customers promptly and professionally
- Maintain accurate service categories and service areas
- Ensure adequate wallet balance at all times
ServiceTasker® reserves the right to suspend or disable Auto-Quoting where there is repeated non-response, misuse, or breach of platform policies.
Feature Updates & Modifications
ServiceTasker® may update Auto-Quoting pricing, eligibility criteria, or operational rules from time to time. Continued use of the feature constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.

These terms form part of the broader ServiceTasker® Platform Terms & Conditions and should be read in conjunction with all applicable policies.
