The total area is approximately 50 square metres, covering the dining room, two bedrooms, hallway, and kitchen. The house was built in 1971 and still has its original Jarrah flooring.

20sq metres of parquetry flooring needs tlc
Sand, stain and polish Baltic pine floorboards in a single-storey house in Fairfield (3078), roughly 110m² throughout.
There are some gaps between boards, a few boards that may need replacing, and some creaking/movement we’d like fixed.
Looking to retain the same coloured stain.
Hi, I was hoping to get a quote on sanding and polishing a few rooms in our house. Currently it’s just bare timber as there has been carpet/lino over it. Ideally we’d like to match it as close to the flooring in the other rooms. The rooms are:
Laundry (2.4m x 1.95m)
Kitchen/ dining (3m x 4.8m)
Bedroom 2 (3.5m x 3m)
Bedroom 3 (3.2x 3.6)- this room as some paint on the floor and the floors have been half stained.
Both bedrooms have small wardrobes that are (164cm x 42cm)
There is also a section in the lounge room where an old heater or shelf has been that needs to be stained (approx 30cm by 2m)
In regards to the laundry we have run into some seperate issues and we are unsure if the floors will be in good enough condition to stain/polish. It seems as though there has been past water damage, the issue has been fixed. I was hoping to get some advice as to whether the floors will be able to be done or if they are too far gone.
