Sliding Flyscreen Door
The sliding flyscreen door remains in place; however, the retainer spline (rubber strip) that secures the mesh into the frame has come off along one section, causing the mesh to sit loose and not seal correctly.
Cavity Sliding Door
The cavity sliding door is jammed and cannot be moved. The door is stuck within the cavity and requires assessment and repair to restore normal operation.
Bedroom Door
One of the bedroom doors will not stay shut. The latch is not engaging correctly, and the door fails to remain closed without manual pressure.
The ventilation fan make noise.
