Exclusive Auto-Quoting Pricing
- Auto-Quoting leads are priced higher due to their one-to-one nature, meaning only your business can accept, contact, and engage with the customer.

Payment Failure & Lead Re-Broadcasting
If your wallet does not have enough funds or there is a payment processing issue:
- The Auto-Quoting allocation for that lead is cancelled.
- The lead is then re-broadcast at the standard lead price.
- Up to three businesses may accept the lead under standard ServiceTasker lead rules.
This ensures that you are never charged without available funds and that leads are still offered to other businesses.
Lead Quality & Refunds
ServiceTasker guarantees high-quality leads. You may receive a full refund for an Auto-Quoted lead if it is verified to be:
- Unreachable after reasonable contact attempts
- Incorrectly posted or materially misleading
- Duplicate, invalid, or non-genuine
- Clearly unsuitable for your selected service category
Refunds are credited back to your ServiceTasker Wallet following internal verification.
