How Do I Request a Refund on ServiceTasker?


ServiceTasker offers a Genuine Customer Guarantee to ensure businesses only pay for genuine, responsive leads. If a customer does not interact with you after you’ve accepted a paid lead, you may be eligible for a credit refund.


When Can I Request a Refund?





You can request a refund only for purchased (paid) leads.
Refunds are not available for FREE leads, as no credits were deducted.


Steps to Request a Refund





To be eligible, you must first make a genuine effort to contact the customer.




  1. Attempt to Contact the Customer



    • Call the customer using the contact number provided.


    • Send messages via the ServiceTasker chat.


    • Customers may take 48–72 hours to respond, so allow reasonable time.



  2. Open the Lead



    • Go to your accepted lead inside your dashboard.


    • Review the lead details and communication history.



  3. Submit a Refund Request



    • If the customer remains unresponsive, click the “Refund Request” button on the lead page.


    • Submit your request with accurate details.



  4. Review by ServiceTasker Team



    • Our team will verify the lead and your contact attempts.


    • If the claim is valid, your credits will be refunded to your account without hassle.



Important Notes






  • Customer Connected → Lead is genuine, no refund applies


  • 🔄 Customer Not Responsive → Refund request can be submitted


  • FREE Leads → No refund, as no credits were charged
