When a business responds to your task on ServiceTasker, it’s a good idea to review their profile before deciding who to hire. A business profile gives you a clear overview of their experience, services, and customer feedback all in one place.
You can access a business’s profile directly from your ServiceTasker account once they’ve submitted a quote.
How to view a business profile
- Log in to your ServiceTasker account via the website or mobile app.
- Go to My Tasks from your dashboard.
- Open the task you posted.
- Select the business you’d like to learn more about.
- You’ll see a summary panel displaying the business’s:
- Business name
- Contact details
- Ratings and verified reviews
- Services offered
- Licences and credentials (where applicable)
From this panel, click View Profile to open the business’s full ServiceTasker profile.
What can I see on a business profile?
A full ServiceTasker business profile may include:
