You can update your payment details on ServiceTasker through the website to ensure your subscriptions or lead payments are processed smoothly.
Note: Updating payment details is currently only available on the ServiceTasker website and not through the mobile app.
Steps to Update Your Payment Details
- Log in to your ServiceTasker account via the website.
- Click on your profile icon in the top-right corner and select Credit History.
- Click on the Add Payment Method option to view your saved card details.
- Enter your new card details in the pop-up window and click Add Funds to confirm.
Important Reminder
If you want a new card to be used for an upcoming renewal or payment, make sure your payment details are updated before the renewal date. This ensures charges are applied to your preferred card without interruption.
Keeping your payment details up to date helps avoid failed payments and uninterrupted access to ServiceTasker features.
