If you need to update your ABN on ServiceTasker, you can do so from your account settings. Since your ABN is part of your verified business details, updating it may require re-verification.
Step 1: Log In to Your Account
Sign in to your ServiceTasker account using your registered login method.
Step 2: Go to Business Verification
Navigate to the Business Verification section from your dashboard or account settings.
Step 3: Update Your ABN
Enter your new or corrected Australian Business Number (ABN). Make sure:
- The ABN is active
- It matches your registered business name
- All related business details are accurate
Step 4: Submit for Re-Verification
After updating your ABN, submit the changes for review. Because ABN is a key verification detail, your business may need to go through the verification process again.
Step 5: Wait for Approval
The review process typically takes 1–2 business days. You’ll receive a notification once your updated ABN has been verified.
Important to Note
If your ABN changes significantly (for example, due to a new business structure), ensure all related details such as business name, address, and contact information are also updated to avoid delays.
