If you purchase leads and meet the eligibility conditions (such as making genuine attempts to contact the customer), you may qualify for a credit refund if the customer does not respond or interact.
Keep in mind:
- ✅ The guarantee applies only to purchased leads
- ❌ FREE leads are not eligible for refunds, as no credits are charged
- 📞 You must attempt to contact the customer using all provided contact methods
- ⏳ Customers should be given 48–72 hours to respond before requesting a refund
If your refund request is verified as genuine, the lead credits will be returned to your account quickly and hassle-free.
