Honestly. Ben was amazing. Was sorting an issue next door when we started having an issue. It turns out Balmain has the weirdest sewerage system ever! Ben had a quick look, then scheduled us for the next day. Incredible. Ben is incredibly knowledgeable, generous warm and funny. I learned a lot and he explained everything he was doing and why.
