I had a new toilet and vanity replaced by Ben this week. Ben was kind, professional, honest and punctual. I was lucky enough to meet Ben on Tuesday morning. He has been super helpful, kind and friendly. He fixes all the problems that I had in my unit (leaking toilet, broken tap of the kitchen sink, and more). I hope to don't need a plumber soon, but if I have to, I will definitely call Ben again. Terrible experience. Thieves. Ben cons innocent customers. Demanded a deposit to provide license number without any dates set for the job. Refuses to pay back the deposit citing it was to lock in dates/ availability (whereas initially it was to part with license number). Haven?t seen a company/ operator worse than this. Stay clear of this company. Easy right, Rob people?s money without doing any work?

Honestly. Ben was amazing. Was sorting an issue next door when we started having an issue. It turns out Balmain has the weirdest sewerage system ever! Ben had a quick look, then scheduled us for the next day. Incredible. Ben is incredibly knowledgeable, generous warm and funny. I learned a lot and he explained everything he was doing and why. Sept 7 is a wednesday when you came out to unblock the pipe, its was a weekday Not weekend. For a blocked drain he qouted me $360, then $100 for each half hour. I wanted the blockage unblocked so i agreed, i told him exactly where the blockage was, which was under the house. To avoid going under the house he wasted time with the sewrage map, pulling the snake camera out, then eventually realising what i was saying all along was were the problem was, he finally goes under the house to unblock the...
