Had Paul come out a few times for a termite and pest inspection and he has always been great to deal with. Super easygoing, turned up on time and really thorough with everything. He takes the time to explain what he is looking at and what to keep an eye on without overcomplicating it. Didn’t feel rushed at all and no pushy upselling which I appreciated. Gave me good peace of mind - would definitely recommend Paul if you need someone reliable!
