I had a last-minute request for rat baiting and was pleasantly surprised that they were able to accommodate a same day visit. We were then greeted by Bishnu, a highly professional and friendly technician who was not only helpful but also extremely knowledgeable. He took the time to explain everything clearly and provided valuable advice throughout the visit. The excellent customer service and prompt response made the entire experience seamless and stress-free.

Bug Busters did an excellent job. The inspection was thorough and the tech asked solid questions to make sure nothing was missed. He was friendly, switched on, and easy to deal with. He even spotted a fault in the ceiling that wasn’t part of his job, took photos, and passed it on to the property manager. I really appreciated that level of initiative. Wrapped things up professionally and made sure I had his contact details. Very happy with the service and would recommend.
I am very happy and satisfied with Bug Busters. The admin manager Jeanette was very professional and so helpful. The technician Dwayne was very informative and explained how the procedure would go step by step. Overall I definitely recommend them.
