Went above & beyond to fix a faulty heating problem. We called him out Saturday morning, said he'd be here at 4pm & arrived on the dot of 4pm. Came back Sunday afternoon to do remaining maintenance & now we have a nice warm house again. Thank you Carlos

Organised for Carlos to come and do a service for me. Communication was great at first, he sounded helpful and nice on the phone and confirmed appointment via text. At the agreed upon time for the service, he doesn’t turn up. I give him half an hour and then give him a call - it rings once and then he hangs up. I attempt to call 10 minutes later and he answers for about 5 seconds, I can hear his voice in the background, and then hangs up. I texted him twice as a follow up but he never got back...
