I got Voltair to install a Reverse Cycle air conditioning unit in my house in Cook, Canberra. I was very happy with every aspect of working with them to decide on what was appropriate for my needs; with installation of the unit inside and outside the house; and with all communications from their office. A comment from a family member was telling after they had seen my unit. 'I wish that this mob (Voltair A/C) had installed the unit in my house, this is a very much better job.
