There’s no manual action required. If a lead matches your settings, it’s accepted automatically and assigned to you.
2. Exclusive One-to-One Leads
All Auto-Quoted leads are exclusive:
- Only your business can accept and contact the customer

This exclusivity remains unless the lead is re-broadcast due to a payment issue.
3. Premium Pricing for Exclusivity
Because Auto-Quoting leads are exclusive, they are priced higher than standard leads.

The lead fee is automatically deducted from your ServiceTasker Wallet at the time the lead is accepted. To keep Auto-Quoting running smoothly, you’ll need to maintain a sufficient wallet balance.
4. What Happens If Payment Fails?
If your wallet doesn’t have enough funds or a payment issue occurs:
- The exclusive Auto-Quoting allocation is cancelled
- The lead is re-broadcast at the standard price
- Up to three businesses may then accept the lead under normal platform rules
5. Lead Quality & Refund Protection
ServiceTasker stands behind the quality of Auto-Quoted leads. If a lead is verified as:
- Unreachable after reasonable contact attempts
- Incorrect, misleading, or wrongly categorised
- Duplicate, invalid, or not genuine
A full refund is issued and credited back to your ServiceTasker Wallet after internal review.
6. Business Responsibilities
By using Auto-Quoting, businesses agree to:

- Keep service categories and service areas accurate
- Maintain sufficient wallet balance
ServiceTasker may suspend or disable Auto-Quoting if there is repeated non-response, misuse, or policy breaches.

Auto-Quoting pricing, eligibility rules, and operational details may be updated from time to time. Continuing to use the feature means you accept any updated terms.
