I would like a quote to covert a theatre room into a bedroom. I have attached plans and photos.
The measurement of the double door opening including frame is 153cm wide and 210cm high. I want this bricked in. The wall surrounding is not painted but would need this to be plastered.
I then want a single door put in adjacent to bed 3. The maximum width of door would be 820cm and then frame would just fit. The total length of that wall next to bed 3 not including the overhang is 101.5cm.
Plans attached with 2nd plan showing a circle of where I want the door and a line where I want the theatre enclosed .
I have also attached photos of what the areas look like. Pic 5 is Bed 3 on the plans. Pick 4 is the wall where I need door cut in. Pic 2 is the theatre room I want bricked in and plastered.
I hope I have given you enough info. Please let me know if you can quote from that or if need to come and look and measure. I work full time but am home tomorrow morning (Wednesday) and Friday afternoon after 2pm. From next week I'm only home earlier on the Friday after 2pm. I am located in Butler.
I am on a tight budget but appreciate your help and advice.
