Need price to remove or exterminate - Have a medium sized house with a rat and mice problem- 3 bedroom with large shed, and yard with lots of gardens and two fruit trees next door lots of gaps around the place. My dad’s a nightmare and Pulls starts a renovation job and leaves it half finished so there is alot of please they are most likely coming from. See them everywhere, scratching in roof and walls running around the yard. Lots of spiders at the moment as well. I haven’t seen a lot possums but it did sound like there was one in the roof once and I’ve seen a couple run along the back fence. Need asap before I burn it down haha
