I have a client in Edith 0852 that has a safety switch that keeps tripping. Clipsal 40A breaker (attached). They have solar and batteries + generator. When they are operating off 100% generator the test switch trips. When they are operating off PV+Batt the test switch trips. Oddly, on occasion it trips on its own. We are not sure why this happens. Too much current going through at a time of night?
I'm trying to sort it out for them, with your help that would be greatly appreciated. I'm happy to pay extra for an end of year extra call out fee just to try and get these clients of mine back to normal.
