From layout to the finer details, the quality of the plans have put us in a strong position to execute the build successfully. All engineering design and reports were also included, making The Drafter a one stop shop.

I'd highly recommend Nam and his drafting services. He made the whole process very simple or us with multiple site visits for our house extension plans. He's very professional and understands what you want from your idea. Completing the drawings and pre-populated building permit forms all ready for the next step in our project.
