Did a very poor job of cleaning carpets. Didn?t vacuum the carpet before her put down the pretreatment. Pretreatment was only left for a couple of minutes before he started to steam vacuum the carpets. Didn?t agitate the carpet, even though there were stained areas which I told him about, also dented the plaster walls with his steam vacuum and didn?t say anything. , I only noticed after he left. DO NOT hire this guy!!!
