We conduct a thorough check on the compressor current, fans, and damper motors. Our services also include thermostat checks and calibration, isolator operation, crankcase heater inspection, tightening of refrigerant valves, and checking supply and return air temperatures. A detailed system report will be provided after each service.
• Split System Service: For split system units, we ensure the filters are cleaned, coils are checked and cleaned if needed, and the drain is clear of blockages. Our service includes checking, adjusting, and tightening all working parts, as well as monitoring refrigerant levels and gas pressure. We assess the overall operation of the unit to ensure it's functioning properly, and we provide a full report after the service to keep you informed of any findings.
• Commercial Fridge & Walk-in Cold Room Service: Our commercial fridge and walk-in cold room services include checking room temperature and gas charge, as well as inspecting oil stains to detect any potential gas leaks. We also clean and check evaporator coils and condensing coils, unblock drains if necessary, and assess the condition of fan motors and compressors. Additionally, we check the isolator switch, and electrical connections, and ensure the evaporative condensation drip tray is operating properly. We also check and tighten refrigerant valves and ensure the digital thermostat settings and defrost heater are working as intended.
