👏👏👏👏 to this company! We wanted to buy a solar battery and called reefe and his team, reefe arrived promptly and we spoke about our needs. Reefe put us off buying a battery for 2 years - explaining the pros and cons!! How amazing that in this day and age we found a company that doesn’t bite our hands off for the cash sale!! Needless to say we will be using this company when the time comes to actually purchase! Very impressed with their straightforwardness and honesty!
We are very happy with our batteries and solar panels. The process from quote to installation was easy. Reefe answered all our questions and explained everything well. He knew his products well. The team were efficient, friendly and a pleasure to work with.
Called SEA when our out-of-warranty inverter suffered a relay fault. We wanted to find an SA local business to support and Reefe was great, suggesting we switch up to a Sungrow inverter which could be replaced with minimal fuss and came with a better long term warranty. Changeover was quick with Reefe onsite to install and set up the Inverter, connect the App and Wifi so we could begin monitoring our solar feed-in straight away. 10/10 would recommend Reefe and SEA
