Aaron was great to deal with in regards to the booking of my parents move from QLD to Canberra. On the day the guys turned up on time and were extremely professional and careful with all my parents belongings, they wrapped everything with care trying to ensure everything made it in one piece. The guys that unloaded in Canberra were great, stacking boxes carefully and neatly? one even took time to tighten the legs on some small side tables when he noticed they were loose, going above and beyond....

The team were absolutely fabulous. They were so incredibly helpful. The packed all the sensitive items really carefuly and went out of their way to help by helping to set up the washing machine and even lend a hand with a few things that they could see I was struggling with. The were a lovely bunch of guys that really made a stressful day very pleasant. I will definitely use them again in the future. Thanks to Aaron too for being super responsive and answering all my questions.

Could not speak more highly of the Ontime team! From the first call, Aaron was super helpful and responsive, and that is so reassuring when moving interstate. The team arrived right on time on move day, and did everything they could to make it feel super smooth.
