My husband and I just renovated our bathroom and had the pleasure of Grants services from Mitchell Plumbing and Gas. Grant knew our goal was to sell our home which is a stressful process, but he made the transaction so easy!!!! If we were to ever renovate again in our new home, without a doubt we would call Mitchell Plumbing and Gas. Extremely professional and easy to get along. If I could give more than 5 stars I would. My downstairs toilet was blocked, so I called a plumber. 1st Plumber has a call out fee of $0* if you proceed with the quote or $35 call out fee. (read the fine print). Had 5 starts on google exceeding 300 reviews, no bad reviews. After inspecting, he said it would be $1600 to use the camera and blaster and replace the seals on the toilet. I said no and gave him my reasons firmly. I may be a woman but I am not stupid. He said he would not charge me the call out fee of $35. I received the invoice...
