We were recommended to use this company by family member. We moved from Echuca to Qld. On day of removal the employees were very unprofessional one even spent most of the morning expressing his dislike of the boss in colorfully language. Also useing our toilet and leaving it dirty to be found by the real estate agent. On delivery day we were delivered damaged items broken plant's and items mixed with other peoples belongings the guys he hired to deliver our items in Qld were just as disgusted at...

Used this company to have our piano delivered not only did we wait 3 months for delivery but they delivered the wrong piano!!!! Still waiting for our correct piano to be delivered 4 months later!!! They promise delivery but on the day there is always an excuse. Would not recommend this company at all they are untrustworthy crooks.

Very disappointed with service.I booked and confirmed dates two months prior to moving and again a week before.They sent one truck instead of two forcing us to postpone the cleaning of our house for two days.They damaged a wall when they pulled bedhead off it.My husband had to fix it before new owners moved in They then said they could not deliver on the date we requested and it wasnt until I rang from my hospital bed in Melbourne that they changed their mind.On delivery my late mothers rocking...

I moved to Mount Isa Queensland from Melbourne. Even though they took too long to deliver my stuff I would say their service is not that bad. The only thing I would like to add their delivery people here at Mount Isa are not that expert in moving the things that I got superb in Melbourne.

Horrible man who owns this company! Preys on women in vulnerable situations. Says he'll help them woman trying to leave domestic violence situations. Then holds their stuff to randsom, damages property, verbally abuses his clients, lies and is extremely arrogant! DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY! PREYS ON THE VULNERABLE!!!!

Not trustworthy ?when i booked the service I paid the deposit $100, There is a Covid outbreaks in Melbourne I couldn't get the house key at the right time and because of Covid restriction and lockdown and they can't do the moving , I need to cancel the service a week earlier but still they didn't want to return my deposit money back...Absolutely Cheat
