Despite the installation amounting to more work than anticipated due to some pieces not being fit for purpose, Alberto demonstrated his professionalism and technical mastery by modifying pieces on the spot to ensure the installation went smoothly. I wouldn't hesitate to use KML again and again, and have recommended them to friends and family alike.
