A thousand words cannot describe how happy we are with our removal today! Max and Denis were exceptional; very polite, friendly, very hard working and cared for our furniture and home with the best care. We highly recommend you use this company! Very disappointed. Followed up after requesting a quote as I didn't receive the "confirmation email" or a quote. Was told that as we only had 5 items the job wasn't worth it. They could gave at leadt sent an email adbusinb the job was too small. Then we explained it was a large bar with 4 large bar stools , we were then told they don't move anything over 100kg. They could at least update their website to advise clients of any restrictions. Won't be recommending to anyone.

Will never employ your services again. Movers were late with no courtesy call to advise me, incorrectly charged me and stated that I misunderstood even though I had it in writing what I was quoted. Only rectified after I challenged it and threatened Fair Trading. Movers were slow and it took 7 hours to move me. I had to direct them on how to get my couch upstairs otherwise they would have left it downstairs. Broke a lamp and boxes. Don?t use them. Appalling service.

Second time using Good move removals and have already recommended to multiple people who have also had a good experience. Friendly team who is efficient In ensuring that your move is as smooth as possible. Our removals Victor & Tiago were amazing to deal with and they were super efficient, they packed the truck super well so everything could fit in one load, they also took care every step of the way and not one Damage was done. DO NOT USE! The most unprofessional and pathetic business I have ever used for moving. Never in my life have I been met with such lazy workers and terrible service both from the removalists and the management of the company. The removalists worked extremely slow and packed the truck so wrong it had to be done again. When asked to speak to management to resolve the issues I had, the removalists took off with our furniture and then left it in the rain for us to discover the next morning. Do yourse...
