Had a service in October 2019. Initially slighly less ants but no difference with spiders and cockroaches. Rob offered to come but if we still had problems and I have called several times just to hear another excuse or delay every time. A while after that I ended up calling someone else who DID fix the problem. No more huge creepy spiders since months. Also found it a bit unprofessional that the guy used my bathroom without asking while i left the house with my baby...
