Clear Choice Construction Cleans & Caulking is a small family run business, specialising in constructions cleans (new builds or renovation builds), Window Cleaning & Caulking.

Clear Choice Cleaning has been owned and operating since 2000 by my father Rod, who has now retired and handed over the business to his children. Who have also been working in the business alongside our father for many years, ranging from as long as 15yrs to 5yrs. 

Our team specialise in constructions cleans & Caulking whether it be a new build or a renovation. We work alongside some big building companies including Clarendon Homes, GJ Gardner homes, Hotondo homes and many smaller boutique builders. We love what we do and have a lot of passion for transforming clients new houses into a beautifully clean HOME ready for them to be handed over and moved into. 

We also specialise in domestic window cleaning & Pressure cleaning.
