Big Apple Roofing

They replaced my guttering. Now every time it rain even a little the water flows behind the gutters instead of in. Asked them to look and they said my tiles were the issue and offered for fix for another $800 but never came to do the job. Had inspected by another company who showed me the gutters we badly installed and needed lifting up to meet the tiles better. They fixed. WOULD NOT USE big apple again!!!!

Rob and his guys did a fantastic job on replacing my old and rusty tin roof. They replace the gutters as well. I would recommend Rob and his team to anyone thanks again

Positive: Punctuality , Quality , Responsiveness We called Rob for a quote, and he came over the next day to quote the job. His workmen were on site a week or two later. Stay Away from this company. If only there is option that we could give 0 star. Rob will only promptly answer your call if its a new job, not fixing his mistakes. Where he provides a guarantee of 10 years, as stated on invoice, you will never hear back from him. Only 5 years into our roof restoration, paint is visibly peeling off in many areas. Very disappointed. Saw Rob doing a roof around the corner from me. Asked him to have a look at mine. We had some SMS messages back and forth - agreed on a price. Asked him to email me invoice/quote with payment details and to lock in a day to start. He said he would do this 'tomorrow'. Tomorrow never came and he never got back to me despite me trying to contact him several times after that.
