I am a young first home buyer who hired to clean gutters. In so doing, two of my heritage lilac trees were cut just before spring without permission, a worker broke my roof and had to replace a whole panel by stepping where it was not structurally sound and whilst on the roof fixed a spot without consulting or being clear about price. I was charged $600 essentially for a gutter clean. incredibly poor value, not a lot of transparency about price and I felt like I was way overcharged to compensate...
