I?ve moved house a few times, but this was my first time using a removalist. I was so happy with my choice to use Advance Movers. From the initial phone call where Jake took the time to fully understand my requirements and timing, to the huge effort by both Jake and Jamie on the big day, to taking away empty boxes weeks later, I couldn?t be happier. Positive: Professionalism , Quality , Responsiveness , Value My daughter was moving from Mooroolbark to Woori Yallock and Jack, Nathan and Jamie were all excellent, hard working and pleasant to deal with, as well as Jake on the phone. We were very happy with Advance Movers and would highly recommend them.

Staff that helped us move were great. Hate to give 2 stars but we were quoted a 5-7hr day, and it ended up being a 12+ hr day due to a smaller truck being used, and multiple trips back and forth across Melbourne in peak hour traffic. Feel like this was due to poor planning on the back end but we were stung with the higher than quoted invoice at the end. No word from Jake after works were completed, which is unprofessional in my books.

Positive: Professionalism , Quality Used Advanced Movers to move between houses on the same day as property settlement. Stressful day but Jamie and the boys were excellent to deal with. On-time, professional and efficient. Not even a cracked plate....would definitely recommend.

Poor effort none put in at all, moving a 2 bedroom house took 8 hours
