B. Kitchens, Boardrooms, Meeting Rooms, and Counselling Rooms: • Clean stainless-steel fittings, sinks, taps, and drinking fountains. • Wipe down water coolers, benches, splashbacks, cupboards, microwaves, refrigerators, and dishwashers. • Mop vinyl floors and remove stains. • Clean tables and chairs with disinfectant. C. Office and Public Areas: • Clean and disinfect office furniture, fittings, walls, partitions, light switches, and telephones up to a height of 2 metres. • Wipe public counters and desks. • Clean external windows and glass office walls weekly. D. Waste Management: • Empty all waste bins, replace liners, and remove rubbish in sealed bags. • Dispose of waste in industrial bins or an approved site. • Place council bins roadside for collection. • Empty shredded paper bins at night (to prevent circulation of paper dust). E. Fixtures and Fittings: • Spot clean glass, walls, metal surfaces, door handles, and signage. • Clean Venetian blinds and boardroom balcony windows monthly. - external building cleaning and yard maintenance The successful Contractor will enter into a formal contract with MKS and must adhere to all outlined requirements.
