I am looking for a quote for the following job:
Rebuild the ENSUITE shower. This includes:
DAY 1
· Remove existing shower frame (cannot be reused)
· Remove existing tapware (to be reinstalled)
· Remove existing shower walls to tile height
· Remove existing shower floor
· Apply self levelling compound to the concrete slab
DAY 2
· Repair any framework and/or floor substrate as required
· Supply and install timber noggings to support recessed niche
· Centralise floor waste to accommodate for new Wedi base
· Supply and install new water barrier angle to shower floor external perimeter
DAY 3
· Supply and install Wedi Fundo Hobless shower base with drain kit
· Supply and install Wedi 10mm wall panel
· Apply sealant tape to the joints
· Supply and install Wedi recessed niche (705mmx450mm)
DAY 4
· Supply and install new floor tiles to shower floor (will not match existing - Thor Grey Matt 450 x 450)
DAY 5
· Supply and install new wall tiles to shower walls (will not match existing - White Gloss 300 x 600)
DAY 6
· Apply white wall grout
· Apply light grey floor grout
· Remove grout residue
· Apply high quality ceramic silicone to the shower internals
· Re-install existing shower tapware
· Saturate wall and floor grout with Ultrashield
· Transfer site rubbish to rubbish facility
Extended Aquashield Service 2 for the MAIN shower. This Includes;
· Remove shower frame
· Scrape off and remove deteriorated silicone from shower frame
· Scrape off and remove deteriorated silicone from shower recess
· Mechanically clean and prepare the wall to floor joints, hob to wall joints and hob joints
· Prepare loose tiles and use tile adhesive to adhere them back to the wall
· Remove wall grout to required depth
· Remove floor grout to required depth
· Treat wall and floor grout lines with mould neutralizer/cleaner
· Apply Aquashield Ceramic Sealant to the wall to floor joints, hob to wall joints and hob joints (Tint light grey)
· Apply white wall grout
· Apply light grey floor grout
· Re-install shower frame
· Apply high quality white ceramic silicone to the shower internals
