Hello, I am looking for a licensed carpenter with a builder’s license to do the work himself.
-I need a quote to Install 2 partition walls for 2 rooms, plastered, insulated, skirting, and cornices. Include one standard door, I will provide the other 2 as per sketch attached. The length of walls with doors is around 15.5 linear mts.
-The room in the garage area changes from a non-habitable to a habitable area, it does not require Development Approval, but needs building certification regulations. The slab has been raised to the house floor already.
-Other repairs:
-Raise the sliding door
-Repair garage door wall
-Villaboard and new wooden stud in new laundry room
-Villaboard in one wall of one side of the bathroom
-Repair the toilet room wall
-Window skirtings: entrance and 2 bedrooms (architrave frame in one bedroom)

-I will provide furniture and its fixtures.
-We do not need development approval, but require to notify the Council through Form 4 (Notifiable work).
-Sketches attached: Existing floorplan, Floorplan with plumbing installations, and Council Drainage plan.
-Please quote breaking down the costs as much as possible, or per fixture.
-I am flexible to suggestions and changes to reduce the costs and comply with regulations.
