Hi
Just moved into a new place in Atwell near Gibbs Rd and first up we need to get the following work done, as soon as possible as we have painters waiting. I have attached some photos and the floor plan
1) Stud wall. Between Bed 3 and Games room Sliding door side
Opening approximately 900mm x 2550mm floor to ceiling, recess to be left on Bed 3 side, so we can add some shelves and drawers in it at a later stage.
Plasterboard and cornice both side
Some sort of sound dampening, even if it’s just a dense insulation material in between the plasterboard
Flushed in ready for painting.
2) Door Frame and Door Install - Between Bed 3 and Games room hall door side
Opening approximately 900m x 2150mm
Match current doors. see photo
Gainsborough hardware, not sure if still available see photo– so closest match will do
Opening inwards to bed 3 over light switch location, which is being relocated.
3) Skirtings Install
I have purchased 140mts of skirtings, and had them painted, but I don't have the time to install them myself. House plan attached.
Type 92mm half splayed, painted in Dulux parchment semi-gloss, if pinned, holes filled ready for touch up, top and bottom gaps filled. Flooring is tiles throughout. To be fitted to all areas including cupboards if enough. No install in any wet areas.
