After you post a job on ServiceTasker, local professionals may contact you with quotes, questions, or updates. To make sure you don’t miss anything important, ServiceTasker sends notifications and lets you control how and when you receive them.
How to Update Your Notification Settings
Log in to your ServiceTasker account
Use the email address you signed up with. If you’ve forgotten your password, select “Forgot password?” on the login page to reset it.
Go to Account Settings
Click on your profile or account menu and select Settings.
Open Notification Preferences
Navigate to the Notifications section.
Choose How You’re Notified
You can manage how you receive updates, including:
- Email notifications for quotes and messages
- SMS notifications for time-sensitive updates (if enabled)
Adjust SMS Notification Timing
If SMS alerts are available, use the slider or toggle to set your preferred notification times.
Save Your Changes
Any updates you make will apply immediately.
