If you haven’t received enough quotes or you’d like more options to compare you can take a few simple steps on ServiceTasker to increase interest in your job and reach more taskers.
Re-open Your Job (If Available)
If your job has automatically closed after being live for a few days, you may have the option to re-open it.
Re-opening your job:
- Gives it renewed visibility
- Notifies relevant taskers that you’re still looking
- Increases the chances of receiving additional quotes
If the re-open option is available, you’ll find it in the My Jobs section of your account.
Post the Job Again
If your job was manually closed or can’t be re-opened, the best way to receive more quotes is to post a new job.
Posting again allows your request to:
- Be shared with taskers who may now be available
- Reach professionals who may not have seen the original job
- Appear as a fresh listing in the platform
To repost your job:
- Log in to your ServiceTasker account
- Click Post a Job from your dashboard
- Select the service and location
- Add clear job details and submit
Tips to Attract More Quotes
When re-opening or reposting your job, consider:
- Adding more detail to your description
- Being flexible with dates or timing
- Including photos or extra information where possible
