You can get in touch using phone or ServiceTasker’s built-in messaging system, which keeps all communication in one place.
How to contact a business
- Log in to your ServiceTasker account.
- Go to My Tasks and open the relevant job.
- Under the task, you’ll see the businesses that have submitted quotes.
- Click on a business to view their contact details and message history.
- Use the messaging panel to chat in real time or call the business directly.
On the side panel, you can also:
- Read verified customer reviews
- Check licenses and credentials (where required)
- View the business profile to learn more about their experience and services
Once you’ve chosen the right tradie, confirm the booking to move the job forward and get the work done.
