If you need to fix an error or update your feedback after further interaction with a business, ServiceTasker allows you to edit your review easily by following the steps below.
Steps to edit your review
Log in to your ServiceTasker account
Visit the ServiceTasker website and sign in using your account details.
Go to your jobs or task history
From your dashboard, navigate to the section where your posted jobs or completed tasks are listed.
Find the relevant job
Scroll through your jobs to locate the task linked to the business you reviewed.
Open the job details
Click on the job to view full details, including your submitted review.
Select “Edit Review”
You’ll see an Edit Review option near your existing review. Click it to make changes.
Submit your updated review
Once you’re satisfied with your edits, save and submit the revised review.
Important: Follow ServiceTasker review guidelines
Before submitting your edited review, make sure it complies with ServiceTasker’s review guidelines:
- Be honest, fair, and respectful
- Avoid offensive, misleading, or defamatory language
- Share feedback based on genuine, first-hand experience
Reviews that do not meet these guidelines may be removed to maintain trust and transparency on the ServiceTasker platform.
