If your job has been posted with the wrong location on ServiceTasker, the location can’t be edited once the job is live. To correct it, you’ll need to close the existing job and post a new one with the correct address.
Step 1: Close the Incorrect Job
- Log in to your ServiceTasker account
- Go to My Jobs from your dashboard
- Find the job with the incorrect location
- Select Close Job
- Choose a suitable reason, such as Posting again with correct location, and confirm
This will stop taskers from responding to the incorrect job listing.
Step 2: Post the Job Again with the Correct Location
- Click Post a Job from your dashboard
- Choose the service you need
- Enter the correct suburb or job location
- Fill out the job details and description
- Add your contact details (these are only shared with taskers who respond)
- Submit your job

- Clear description of the work
