Can I Remove Messages From My Inbox?
Yes. While messages can’t be deleted, you can archive conversations to tidy up your inbox.
Archiving allows you to:
- Remove messages from your main inbox view
- Keep your inbox organised without losing information
Please note:
- Archiving is permanent and cannot be undone
- Archived messages are not deleted, just hidden from the main inbox
How to Access Archived Messages
You can view archived conversations at any time by:
- Opening your inbox
- Applying the “Archived” filter
