Yes. If you decide not to proceed with a quote from a particular business on ServiceTasker, you can easily decline it.
Declining a quote means that business will no longer be able to contact you for that job. Your task may then remain open, allowing other verified tradies to submit quotes if available.
How to decline a quote
- Log in to your ServiceTasker account.
- Go to My Tasks and open the relevant job.
- Select the business whose quote you want to decline.
- Click Decline Business.
- Choose the most suitable reason for declining. If you select Other, please add a brief comment.
- Click Confirm to finalise your decision.
