Our house is being built in Narangba by GW Homes and should be finished in 2 month.
The fencing is not part of the contract and we are looking for someone who can install it.
The land is located in Narangba in the Amity Estate (74 Tadorna Street, Narangba) where there are some guidelines regarding fencing:

Based on the Amity Estate Guidelines, the fencing should be 1.8 metre high butted timber paling fence and must be painted a dark grey colour such as Dulux Domino or an equal equivalent.
We don't want to have any gap below the fence so we need a sleeper as well.
I also got the confirmation that front fencing is allowed along the frontage and returning to the corner of the house, however it would need to be 1.5m high or 50% transparent above 1.5m or with some other form of articulation. It means front fence can be 1.8m high and only the part above 1.5m needs to be 50% transparent.
We would like to have the returing frontage fence bit further than the corner of the house (see attachment).
The fencing has been already done for the north and east sides where we have neighbours and retaining walls.
Having said that, we need fencing for the remaining parts, along Prosperity and Tadorna Street and returning near the corner of the house and a gate.
Plus a small fence (~1.5m wide) is needed between the northern retaining wall and the front side of the house.
Very likely a retaining wall is also needed with different high (200mm-600mm) all the way down but it should be checked on site.
